Order Cancellation You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, orders cannot be cancelled once processed or shipped.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Contact us first to initiate a return.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. If approved, the full item amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will resolve the issue at no extra cost.
